The Fairmont St Andrews is situated 2 miles outside of St Andrews in Fife, Scotland that encapsulates luxury, elegance and truly breathtaking surroundings in the ‘Home of Golf'. The resort prides itself with an array of fabulous facilities including two championship golf courses, The Kittocks and The Torrance. The oldest ‘new' course in the world, the second course at S. Andrews was built in 1895 and was imaginatively named to differentiate from its famous neighbour. Boasting undulating fairways and challenging greens, the New Course is a classic test of links golf. Kingsbarns Golf Course is one of the newer golf courses in Scotland but it has quickly garnered a large following. Despite being in the company of some of the finest links in the world, the course has managed to distinguish itself as one of Scotland's must-play golf courses.
